We completely understand accidents happen and things break over time. For that reason, this insurance policy covers you for up to $3,000 in damages. We have had glass stove tops break, window blinds, refrigerator doors, door hinges, and so much more. When the home is always rented, it is put under a lot of stress so we’ve learned this is the best way to put the owner and tenants at ease.
